Tiger Telematics, the firm behind the Gizmondo handheld, announced that it has appointed Mike Morgan as their new Vice President for Worldwide Sales for Gizmondo from the 1st February 2005.
He previously worked at Sony Europe, where he was a member of the Sales and Marketing Platform management team. He also worked for General Computer Corporation, Rank Xerox, Pitney Bowes and – oddly – was trained as a pilot at the Royal Air Force.
The Gizmondo and its games are still scheduled for launch in Europe and North America during the spring of 2005.
