Get your hands on the DS before it’s released!

In an attempt to build up pre-launch hype for the DS, Nintendo is offering consumers – yep, that means you – the chance to test drive the DS ahead of its release in March.

On track since the 4th February, the tour takes place at various cinemas and shopping centres all over the UK. For a full list of dates and locations, visit the tour’s official website.

The following games are playable at each tour: Super Mario 64 DS, Wario Ware Touched, Polarium, Metroid Prime Hunters First Hunt, Project Rub, Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf 2005, Spider-Man 2 and Asphalt Urban GT.

Dawn Paine, Head of Marketing, Nintendo UK, said: "All our research has shown that sampling will be key in getting people to understand and really enjoy Nintendo DS – once people get their hands on it they can't put it down."

Nintendo DS is scheduled to launch across Europe on the 11th March for £99.
