A pleasant upshot of the excited scrabble that was E3, is the announcement of a new publishing deal, settled at the exhibition itself.  Combat Elite: WWII Paratroopers is being developed by BattleBorne Entertainment, and has just been signed up by Koch Media on their Deep Silver label.

Action is based on the greatest moments of the war, starting with the famous parachute drops behind enemy lines on D-Day, working through Operation Market Garden, right up to the conquest and liberation of Germany.  The developers have conducted comprehensive research to ensure that their game is as historiacally authentic as possible.
